FCA is an integrator and manufacturer of optical fibre solutions for the construction of teletransmission networks. We are one of the largest technological integrators in the field of optical fibre systems for the construction of optical tele-transmission networks in Poland.

Transformation of FCA into a Jont Stock Company
Due to the constant development of our company, the legal form of our organisation has changed. The transformation of FCA from a limited liability company to a joint stock company is another huge step in the development of our brand, solutions, products and services.
2002
The first million
What a year it has been! After only 5 years of FCA's existence, we manage to generate our first million PLN turnover! This is definitely a solemn moment, worth commemorating and celebrating.
2005
The first business gazelle
We are growing stronger! The number of clients grows year by year, we engage in larger and more demanding projects, we conclude agreements with the largest telecommunications companies in Poland, we hire new employees, we create our own specialist optical fibre laboratory and... we are rewarded.
2003
Client first!
120kg ODF cabinet, no lift! Not a problem! For us, the customer has always been, is and will always be most important! Even when conditions are not very favourable - no lift and having to move a 120 kg wardrobe to the second floor.
2009
Moving to Niepołomice
Further successes and intensive development result in an increasing number of employees. So much so that... we are no longer located in our current premises in Kraków. In 2009 our offices, optical fibre laboratory and warehouses were moved to a new location - at 11 Grabska Street in Niepołomice, where we are today. Every change opens new possibilities for us.
2017
20th anniversary
FCA's anniversary year - it's 20 years since we started our business. We summarise what we have achieved so far, all our successes and stumbles, which have taught us a lot and enabled further development. We celebrate this year with our employees, partners and customers.

1997
The beginning of the FCA brand
It is year 1997. Mr Andrzej Szymowski, the then CEO of ASCOMP S.A., decides to form a new company. FCA Sp. z o.o. starts its operation. And it happens in a key period for Polish telecommunications. The first optical fibres had just arrived in our country, and we had the honour of participating in their distribution and in the construction of what we can now call Digital Poland.
1998
FCA emergency services
The beginnings of FCA are the beginnings of fibre optics in Poland. Our team was not very large at that time, but the knowledge and competences it shared were always at the highest level. But how to make the customer aware of the right choice in the simplest way? The FCA emergency service was always on time! Ps. It's only 60 horsepower - but always on time!
1999
Fiber optic laboratory
And so together as a team to... to increase the optical power. The year 1999 and the 6th floor of a skyscraper in Mogilska street in Cracow, was first of all the beginning of our optical fibre laboratory. Already then, the young, well-integrated team knew that optical fibres are the future.
2001
In search of new clients
Conferences, fairs, trips - they are gaining momentum. The first meetings at national and international events have brought results. Further international partnerships are generating further growth opportunities for the company.
2009
New brand, new possibilities .. Akademia Światłowodowa
The year 2009 was full of key events for the development of FCA. This was the year when our daughter company, Akademia Światłowodowa, was established as a consulting and training entity.
2010
FCA - the third largest manufacturer of telco equipment in Poland
2010 is a key year not only for us, but also for the entire telecommunications market in Poland. We are implementing the first FTTH (Fiber-to-the-home) installation in Poland based on easy access cable. We are the first in Poland to implement an optical monitoring system in the power industry.
2011
The first own standard of microducts
We are growing, implementing new technologies and production methods. We also issue our own first standard in the field of fibre optic microducts. We become a member of the Technical Committee of the Polish Committee for Standardisation.
2014
The new face of FCA
2014 is the beginning of changes. We started with the image: we created a new logo of FCA sp. z o.o., which connects the company with the nature of its business, refers to the knowledge gained over the years in the field of optical telecommunications and the use of modern solutions, and symbolizes the company's focus on the development of the client's business.
2015
Record breaking turnover
It was a beautiful end of 2015!
December 31, 2015, -10C, it's snowing ... despite the unfavourable weather, we can open champagne! FCA records a record result of over PLN 166 million for the first time in history!

2015
Establishment of the FCA group
You already know about the establishment of the Akademia Światłowodowa in 2009 from previous stories, Net4F - a design and construction company - had its beginning in 2013, and in 2015, Alias - infrastructure operator - became the icing on the cake. Thus, this year becomes the beginning of the FCA Group. And this means a fully comprehensive offer for our clients. But the continuation of successes is yet to come!
2021
1200% - and we continue to grow stronger!
FCA started with just 27 employees and a small family business. Today it is a thriving large company with over 300 employees on board - an increase of over 1200%! That's impressive. And this is just the beginning of a new story.
2018
Continuous growth
2018 was a year of change. We gained a new Management Board!
The position of president was taken by Mr Krzysztof Rychlik, who is accompanied by Mr Paweł Bień as vice-president. We did not have to wait long for the success of this cooperation.
